I accept all payments as offered. As soon as the transaction is completed and funds are received I will send out a confirmation email, letting you know when your item will ship.

Each piece is handmade so if it does not say ready to ship, please allow 1 week for shipment.
I ship items USPS, Monday - Friday, within 1-3 days of receiving payment (excluding weekends and holidays). If your order is a special order, especially large, or received with a large volume of other orders, it may be 5 business days before shipment. I do not refund for lost packages. Please keep in mind that I include the cost of my packaging materials in the shipping cost of each item.
Each of my items are wrapped and then packaged in a box safely and carefully. I take great care in packaging. Insurance is not included in the shipping cost.Let me know if you would like to add insurance or other additional services.

I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason your order is not what you expected I am happy to refund your money.But I cannot be held responsible for refunds should your package not arrive. Please contact me if your package appears to be missing.
